In Lesson 2 we discussed Dividers Color Scrollbars and Buttons,
so lets move on and talk about
What is Shadowed Borders
Shadowed Borders are the borders that is your background design layout
It gives each layer a nice depth that looks like it is popping-out or 2D view
In Lesson 2 I left a notation stating I was not sure if there is another way
besides making a decorative font into a graphic to be used well
the answer is YES
Decorative Fonts
Decorative fonts is a nice way to display your page from using
all sorts: Plain, Handwriting, Sript, Decorative, etc...
Without having to make it into a graphic
When creating a font as a graphic you must realize that the person viewing
your site might have a slow internet and the more graphics you have
on your page the slower it is for them to upload your page and view
which will frustrate your viewer and will just close your page
and move onto another page
It is important that you remember this
So the other way is to give your viewer the option to download the
Decorative Font that you would like them to view
HOW
This page has been written using the font Sports Jersey to match my sons
Football Theme without having to make this into a graphic form
but if you do not have this font installed on your computer
you will only see your own default font.
So to view my page that I would like you to see you will need to do the
following by clicking Sports Jersey then minimize to your task bar
and then refresh my page
